Lobby Ambassador – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests at the luxury Hotel Cala di Volpe in Costa Smeralda. You will enhance the guest experience by coordinating lobby services, providing local information, and ensuring seamless assistance throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to brand standards, offering genuine appreciation.
• Activate and promote lobby outlet services such as the restaurant, bar, front desk, business centre and lounge.
• Handle guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry‑cleaning and other special arrangements, liaising with the appropriate departments.
• Provide accurate local area knowledge, including events and activities, to inform guests.
• Coordinate with bell staff, housekeeping, and food‑and‑beverage teams to resolve guest calls or problems promptly.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Maintain a professional appearance, protect confidential information and uphold company policies.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking and lifting items up to 10 lb.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in a guest‑service or hospitality role.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong communication skills, clear and professional language.
• Capability to assist guests with disabilities and to respond to diverse needs.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift up to 10 lb for an entire shift.
