Machinery and Plant Designer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Machinery and Plant Designer to lead the development of complex mechanical systems for industrial applications. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams and customers to deliver reliable, efficient plant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop complete system designs for machinery and plant installations.
• Create and review technical drawings, ensuring accurate sizing and specification of components.
• Select appropriate mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components based on project requirements.
• Provide short‑term on‑site technical support and troubleshooting for customers worldwide.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate basic automation solutions.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system design within the mechanical industry.
• Proven ability to work in qualified technical offices and deliver high‑quality designs.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally for short‑term assignments.
• Demonstrated flexibility, dynamism, and resourcefulness.
