Maintenance Technician – Hotel & Facilities

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Technician to support our hotel guests and keep all facilities running smoothly. You will respond to repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to guest repair requests and communicate solutions promptly.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen equipment, and mechanical room assets.
• Inspect, clean, lubricate, and test air‑conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and other building systems.
• Perform minor repairs such as painting, drywall, wood‑trim work, light‑bulb and filter replacement.
• Identify and operate shut‑off valves and utility controls for equipment and building systems.
• Maintain inventory, requisition parts and supplies, and log daily activities for shift hand‑over.
• Use Lockout/Tagout procedures before any repair work.
• Handle interior and exterior landscaping tasks, including sprinkler maintenance.

Required profile

• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 50 lb and perform occasional heavier lifts with assistance.
• Clear communication skills with guests and team members.
