Manufacturing Engineer Intern – Fall 2026

About the role

Join Bosch as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern for the Fall 2026 term. You will support process improvement initiatives, documentation, and product release activities while gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Update process documentation such as operator instructions, guides, and forms.
• Conduct process and gauge capability studies, OEE and line utilization analyses.
• Assist engineers in troubleshooting specific problem areas.
• Perform PFMEA updates and SPC oversight.
• Support asset and capacity studies, as well as change‑management projects.
• Participate in product release tasks including sample builds and PPAP.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program and available for the full co‑op duration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills across diverse teams.
• Self‑starter, results‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Siemens NX).
• Proficiency in CAD software for design or process support.
• Familiarity with 3D printing technologies (preferred).
