Marketing Intern - Content Creation & Video Production

About the role

Inspired Education Group, a global group of premium private schools, is looking for a creative and digitally savvy Marketing Intern in Milan. The intern supports the production and adaptation of engaging content across several marketing channels, working closely with the central marketing team and schools across the group to turn content submitted by schools into digital assets that strengthen brand awareness, engagement and student recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Create content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, adapting and localising content from schools to match group brand guidelines
• Help plan and schedule social media content calendars, research trends and monitor competitors
• Edit short- and long-form videos for campaigns, events, school highlights and testimonials, adding subtitles, transitions, graphics and basic motion design
• Maintain digital media libraries and organise marketing materials gathered with schools and internal stakeholders
• Support seasonal and admission-focused campaigns and creative assets

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Multimedia Production or a related field
• Strong interest in content marketing, social media and digital communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Required skills

• Basic to intermediate video editing skills
• Knowledge of Canva and social media management platforms is advantageous
