Marketing Manager – Fashion & Manufacturing

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the execution of Lectra’s annual regional marketing plan, focusing on the fashion manufacturing sector while also supporting automotive and furniture markets. The role drives measurable business impact through targeted go‑to‑market initiatives, lead generation, and customer advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan and manage the regional marketing plan aligned with corporate priorities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment of joint activities.
• Localize and deploy corporate assets, optimizing the buyer journey and supporting commercial conversations.
• Design and execute demand‑generation programs, including account‑based marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate solution launches, ensuring market readiness and consistency.
• Develop customer success stories and advocacy assets.
• Track marketing KPIs, activate corrective actions, and report outcomes.
• Support budget planning, monitor spend, and ensure ROI focus.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders (Product Marketing, Digital, Events, Communications, Agencies) to deliver consistent campaigns.
• Identify process and tool improvements to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Background in SaaS and a strong interest in fashion manufacturing.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team.
• Hands‑on operational mindset combined with strategic thinking.
