Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join a fast‑moving, remote‑first team in Italy. In this role you will act as the operational backbone of the marketing department, turning strategic ideas into coordinated campaigns and cross‑functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events and brand initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps and task tracking across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Collaborate with Community Management, Social Media, Creative, PPC, SEO, CRM, VIP Marketing, Promotions, Acquisition and Retention teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Facilitate stand‑ups, project meetings and status updates to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or blockers and implement proactive solutions.
• Support marketing leadership by managing priorities, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and maintaining documentation, budgets and milestones.
• Maintain project management systems and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project management, operations or coordination.
• Experience in iGaming, esports, gaming or a similarly fast‑paced digital industry is highly preferred.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a focus on deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings, track actions and drive accountability.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels such as content, social, influencer, CRM, partnerships and paid media.
