Medical Affairs Manager – Milan

About the role

Zentiva is seeking a Medical Affairs Manager for its Milan office. Reporting to the Head of Scientific Affairs, you will provide medical‑scientific support to business functions, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and act as a key liaison with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver medical‑scientific training to field force and internal teams, including new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, and represent the company at conferences and hospital meetings.
• Design, manage, and coordinate training courses and Advisory Boards for healthcare professionals.
• Support Marketing by developing and reviewing informational materials for HCPs and patients.
• Approve medical compliance of marketing assets, decks, and sponsorships, ensuring adherence to pharmaceutical codes of practice.
• Collaborate with Compliance on transparency‑related activities and manage medical information requests.
• Act as backup contact for competent authorities on product safety.

Required profile

• Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology or a related scientific field.
• Solid experience in Medical Affairs and/or Pharmacovigilance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (AIFA, GVP) and industry codes of practice.
• Excellent English communication skills and a results‑driven mindset.

• Employment under the Italian Pharmaceutical Industry National Collective Agreement (Quadro level).
