About the role

OLIVER is seeking a motivated Mid Designer to join its Milan team. The role blends remote work with onsite visits at client premises, ensuring a deep brand immersion and smooth client relationships. You will translate client briefs into visually striking designs across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

Produce innovative designs for digital, OOH, and POS channels.
Manage the full design lifecycle from concept through execution.
Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and client marketing strategies.
Pitch creative solutions aligned with marketing objectives.
Prepare final files that meet all output specifications.

Required profile

Fluent in Italian and English.
Passion for design and strong conceptual skills.
Experience in retail and digital/online channels.
Proven ability to own projects from start to finish.
Detail‑oriented and capable of working independently.
Excellent client‑facing skills during project kick‑offs.

Required skills

Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
