Mid Designer (Milan, Italy)

About the role

OLIVER is seeking a motivated Mid Designer to join its Milan team. The role blends remote work with onsite visits at client premises, ensuring a deep brand immersion and smooth client relationships. You will translate client briefs into visually striking designs across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Produce innovative designs for digital, OOH, and POS channels.
• Manage the full design lifecycle from concept through execution.
• Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and client marketing strategies.
• Pitch creative solutions aligned with marketing objectives.
• Prepare final files that meet all output specifications.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Passion for design and strong conceptual skills.
• Experience in retail and digital/online channels.
• Proven ability to own projects from start to finish.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of working independently.
• Excellent client‑facing skills during project kick‑offs.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
