Minor Works & Maintenance Intern

About the role

You will support maintenance operations and cleaning across Louis Vuitton boutiques in Italy, ensuring the aesthetic, architectural and engineering standards that contribute to an excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate actions and solutions for store maintenance and cleaning needs.
• Coordinate suppliers, manage schedules, and ensure quality control of works, system inspections and cleaning.
• Assist Minor Works & Maintenance Coordinators with tender preparation and agreement drafting for maintenance and cleaning services.
• Track and analyse budgets, process orders, and support reporting on maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with EMEA teams to implement store planning projects such as new layouts and furniture installations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture or Engineering.
• Technical understanding of retail environment maintenance.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills for maintenance activity and budgets.
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ability to prioritise, work autonomously, solve problems and collaborate within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
