MRI Technical Customer Success Manager (Italy/France)

About the role

AIRS Medical, a healthcare technology company founded in 2018, is hiring a full-time MRI Technical Customer Success Manager covering Italy and France. The role supports clients using SwiftMR, a cloud-based AI software that speeds up MRI scans by up to 50%. The position is remote with occasional business travel.

Key responsibilities

• Technical implementation (50%): configure and deploy SwiftMR on virtual machines and/or gateway PCs, integrate it with MRI systems and PACS, manage TCP/IP and DICOM networking, and run SwiftMR's cloud operations securely.
• Customer support and troubleshooting (50%): act as the main technical contact, resolve integration and connectivity issues, write implementation and troubleshooting documentation, and hold regular check-ins with clients.
• Plan and coordinate SwiftMR integrations with potential customers.

Required profile

• 1+ year in a technical or application support role in healthcare IT.
• Fluent English, Italian and French (B1).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Proactive team player.

Required skills

• TCP/IP and DICOM networking.
• Experience with MRI systems, PACS and imaging software; PACS support experience highly desirable.
• Nice to have: 3+ years in healthcare IT, experience implementing radiology software in a clinical setting, Linux, and Italian and French speaking.
