Multilingual Private Equity Analyst – Milan

About the role

A leading European private‑equity firm is looking for a motivated Analyst to join its Milan office. You will work on cross‑border transactions and support investment professionals across several European locations, gaining early exposure to the full deal cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, financial and strategic research to identify investment opportunities across Europe.
• Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses under senior guidance.
• Assist in due‑diligence processes and prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials.
• Support portfolio performance tracking and contribute to internal reporting.
• Participate in cross‑European projects and strategic initiatives for portfolio companies.

Required profile

• 1–1.5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting or transaction services, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Exposure to cross‑European transactions or multinational projects is highly valued.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional European language (German, French or Spanish preferred).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ambition to grow in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
