About the role
The Payable Accountant will ensure the smooth processing of supplier invoices, guaranteeing compliance with internal procedures and current tax regulations. This position supports Ayvens' mission to drive sustainable mobility through accurate financial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Support the operational flow of supplier invoices across all commodities, verifying accuracy using company tools.
- Provide assistance to outsourced service centers handling invoice processing.
- Manage supplier disputes, coordinate resolutions, and collaborate with internal departments.
- Adopt a proactive approach to risk, flagging anomalies, proposing mitigation actions, and adhering strictly to Ayvens' policies.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in economics, finance, or a related scientific field.
- Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency with standard office IT tools.
