Plant Quality Manager

About the role

The Plant Quality Manager ensures that fashion products meet the highest quality standards throughout the production process. You will lead the development and maintenance of control plans, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to mitigate risks and enhance product reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Define quality objectives for production processes in collaboration with Corporate Quality.
• Develop and maintain control plans covering raw materials to finished goods, monitor performance, and ensure compliance.
• Conduct product quality audits, recommend corrective actions, and track their effectiveness.
• Collect and analyse internal and supplier non‑quality data, identify root causes, and manage associated costs.
• Monitor defect processes, respond to anomalies, and prepare air‑quality plans for new products.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects, implement corrective measures from audits, and verify their effectiveness.
• Participate in FMEA development and improvement, certify process and product variations, and ensure customer requirements are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
• Fluent English; additional language preferred.
• Extensive experience in technical field and production plant quality.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, teamwork, and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% for supplier and customer visits.

What we offer

• Gross annual salary of at least €70,000, aligned with the CCNL Pelli e Cuoio level quadro.
