Pricing & Contracting Manager EU

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Pricing & Contracting Manager for its Shockwave Medical portfolio in Europe. The role will develop pricing strategies, manage contract lifecycles and support value‑based pricing initiatives for cardiovascular medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of individual contributors, overseeing performance management and workflow.
• Develop and execute pricing analytics, supporting product launches and go‑to‑market speed.
• Administer contracts, ensure compliance, and create efficient contract management processes.
• Identify and implement best practices, process improvements, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Commercial Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, Sales, Marketing and Market Access.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in pricing, finance or commercial analytics within medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communicator with ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with pricing systems, ERP systems, CRM tools and contract management software.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel.
• Data analysis and risk mitigation expertise.
