Primary Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join our elementary school team. The successful candidate will create engaging, age‑appropriate lessons and foster a safe, inclusive classroom where every child can thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment.
• Use diverse teaching methods and resources to meet varied learning styles.
• Assess, record and report student progress regularly.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Establish classroom routines that promote respect and responsibility.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff and school leadership.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, parent‑teacher conferences and school events.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
• Identify and support the needs of students with special educational needs.
• Integrate technology and digital tools to enhance learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification or licensure for the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience teaching elementary‑aged children (1–3+ years preferred).
• Familiarity with curriculum standards and assessment practices.
• Experience working with diverse learners and inclusive classrooms.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
