Principal Marketing Specialist (French & English)

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for a Principal Marketing Specialist who will lead the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for its Luxembourg operations. The role focuses on demand generation, pipeline acceleration and strengthening the brand in a B2B technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the country‑level marketing strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Translate business priorities into targeted marketing plans that drive demand, pipeline and revenue growth.
• Plan, launch and optimise integrated demand‑generation campaigns across digital, events, content and partner channels.
• Collaborate with sales teams on account‑ and industry‑focused initiatives and ensure strong alignment.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from segmentation and planning to execution, reporting and optimisation.
• Act as the primary marketing advisor to local sales leadership and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Senior marketing professional with deep B2B marketing expertise.
• Proven experience in campaign management, stakeholder engagement and operating within a global matrix organisation.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability.
