Privacy Counsel

About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for a Privacy Counsel to join its fast‑moving legal team. You will work closely with product, engineering and security groups to embed privacy‑by‑design principles into our digital products and ensure compliance with global data‑protection regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to translate regulatory requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Identify privacy risks early and help shape compliant product features, workflows, and internal processes.
• Draft and review DPAs, privacy policies, LIAs, and DPIAs using AI‑assisted tools while applying legal judgment.
• Conduct privacy audits and coordinate with external consultants and legal advisors.
• Monitor evolving privacy regulations and case law, providing clear internal guidance.

Required profile

• Strong reasoning ability to solve complex problems from first principles.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
