Procurement Associate

About the role

Şişecam Flat Glass South Italy is seeking a Procurement Associate to manage the full purchase cycle for its Monte Sant' Angelo site. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality materials.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders, guaranteeing accurate documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers, conduct negotiations, and monitor order progress.
• Request quotations, perform comparative analysis, and select optimal offers.
• Track the entire order lifecycle from order placement to goods receipt.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, plus a technical high‑school diploma.
• 4‑5 years of procurement experience in a multinational, structured environment.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Residency near the Monte Sant' Angelo plant (province of Foggia).
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP (preferred).
