Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Procurement Specialist to join our Global Procurement team. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will manage sourcing activities, optimise procurement strategies and support project delivery in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RFIs and RFQs, analyse supplier offers and support negotiations.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, ensuring compliance during negotiation and contracting.
• Collaborate daily with Project Managers, Engineers, Site Managers and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor procurement budgets, drive cost‑optimisation and define performance KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, maintain vendor lists and ensure HSE compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of procurement experience, preferably in engineering, energy or EPC/project‑based settings.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 % of the time.
