Production Manager

About the role

Jefferson Wells is recruiting a Production Manager for a leading luxury‑sector client. You will own production performance, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety and the achievement of set targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan and organise the workforce to meet volume, quality and deadline targets.
• Manage the product conversion process, providing the right equipment and personnel to uphold quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and production regulations.
• Support and develop team leaders and supervisors, fostering a Kaizen culture.
• Develop and implement operation and improvement plans aligned with KPI/Scorecard results.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, productivity, quality and cost‑efficiency projects.
• Monitor KPIs, define corrective actions and guarantee data accuracy for reporting.
• Assist with audits and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 8‑10+ years of production management experience, preferably in fashion or luxury goods manufacturing.
• Strong leadership with proven ability to develop and manage teams.
• Knowledge of performance management and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
