Production Planner – Apparel & Accessories

About the role

Diadora is looking for a Production Planner to join its Operations department in Montebelluna. Reporting to the Production & Demand Planning Manager, you will coordinate the flow of purchase orders, monitor production capacity, and ensure timely delivery of apparel and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders into SAP and forward them to suppliers.
• Gather and organise all necessary information for suppliers to execute orders.
• Monitor production capacity and order status in SAP.
• Maintain constant communication with suppliers, resolving order‑related issues.
• Identify and manage production delays, coordinating with Logistics, Sourcing, and Administration departments.
• Oversee goods shipment from suppliers and handle related logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar planning or procurement role.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
• Team‑oriented with good interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• SAP (order and production management modules).
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Word.
