Project Manager – Execution & Delivery

About the role

As a Project Manager you will own the delivery of complex technical projects from execution readiness through to final acceptance and hand‑over to service. You will work in a global, multicultural environment, ensuring projects meet safety, cost, quality and schedule targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the project from execution readiness to final acceptance and service hand‑over.
• Plan, coordinate and manage the multidisciplinary project team.
• Ensure safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery while meeting quality standards.
• Align and collaborate with Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain and operational functions.
• Represent the company to clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Guarantee compliance with HSE and technical site requirements.
• Manage financial performance, monitor budgets, forecasts and cost control.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation measures and handle claims, disputes and contractual negotiations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in complex civil construction, manufacturing, plant engineering or wind energy projects.
• Proven responsibility for multi‑million EUR contracts with strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Technical background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, solution‑driven mindset.
• Experience working in a global, cross‑functional environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
