Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex SaaS field‑service management solutions for customers in the power, utility, telco and transportation sectors. You will work closely with Solutions Architects and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables and develop detailed project plans and resource forecasts.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, provide feedback and resolve conflicts within cross‑functional teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate communication and ensure alignment across all parties.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies and monitor them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct quality audits, reviews and implement continuous improvement processes.
• Lead project closure activities, capture lessons learned and archive project artefacts.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to translate customer needs into new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in SaaS or system‑integration environments, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2).
• Experience gathering requirements, prioritising backlogs, estimating effort and issuing Statements of Work.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Relevant certifications such as PMI‑ACP, CSM, CSPO, PMP, ITIL or PRINCE are a plus.
