Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within an international manufacturing or energy environment. You will gather and prioritize requirements, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and prioritize project requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources, organising progress meetings and status updates.
• Review tender documents, prepare technical responses, and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Maintain comprehensive project and tender documentation, including progress reports for senior management.
• Coordinate internal departments (technical, quality, legal, commercial, administrative) and external partners.
• Monitor tender deadlines, record improvement proposals, and manage operational assistance for daily project activities.
• Oversee financial aspects such as bonds, payment terms, banking arrangements, and freight forwarding.
• Negotiate documentary credits as required.

Required profile

• Technical master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within manufacturing or energy sectors.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• SAP management system.
• MS Project (plus).
