Project Manager – Prime 2.0 (Italy Legal & Regulatory)

About the role

Innodata is looking for an experienced Project Manager based in Italy to lead the rollout of Prime 2.0 for its Legal & Regulatory (L&R) division. The role will oversee the transition from a vendor‑operated model to an Innodata‑managed service, ensuring continuity and successful adoption of the new platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk logs and status reports.
• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the Italy L&R process transition, coordinating business, legal, vendor, operational and technical teams.
• Manage the migration of existing vendor‑operated services and support the establishment of a future‑state managed services model.
• Facilitate workforce transition activities, including knowledge transfer, role definition and onboarding.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture current processes and future requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and status updates for senior leadership.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution.
• Drive change‑management and communication efforts to ensure stakeholder engagement and adoption.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of project management experience, preferably in complex transformation or system implementation initiatives.
• Legal background with strong knowledge of primary sources of law in the European region, especially within legal publishing, research or regulatory environments.
• Demonstrated experience in publishing, legal, regulatory or information services sectors.
