Psychology QA Lead - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Psychology Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the quality and consistency of psychology‑focused AI training data. This remote, hourly contract position involves reviewing AI‑generated content, evaluating trainer work, and ensuring adherence to detailed project rubrics.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated psychology content and trainer/QA outputs against project guidelines.
• Provide precise written feedback on psychological accuracy, theory application, research literacy, ethical considerations, and mental‑health safety.
• Identify recurring quality issues, update trainers and QAs, and maintain documentation.
• Support onboarding of new contributors and reactivate inconsistent participants.
• Collaborate with remote expert teams to manage quality workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent professional background in psychology‑related fields.
• Minimum 3 years experience in psychology research, clinical or counseling settings, behavioral science, academic writing, or related content review.
• Strong command of English for clear written communication.
• Deep understanding of psychological theories, research methods, ethics, and mental‑health safety.

Required skills

• Ability to evaluate content against detailed rubrics and detect issues such as overdiagnosis, unsafe advice, unsupported claims, pseudoscience, or stigmatizing language.
