Purchasing Agent – Luxury Hotel (Porto Cervo)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Purchasing Agent to support the procurement activities of Hotel Cervo and Hotel Cala di Volpe in Costa Smeralda. The role is ideal for early‑career professionals eager to develop expertise in a high‑end hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update supplier price lists to ensure accuracy.
• Administer supplier documentation, contracts, and records.
• Verify purchase orders and related documents for compliance with company policies.
• Assist in preparing purchasing reports, databases, and filing systems.

Required profile

• Diploma in Administration, Finance, Marketing or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments in a dynamic setting.
