Quality Project Lead

About the role

Versuni is seeking a Quality Project Lead to drive product quality and innovation across its global portfolio. The role will shape quality targets, oversee verification and validation, and ensure successful product releases that meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Support and monitor product and proposition quality within the category.
• Define quality targets, requirements, and improvement areas for innovation and lifecycle projects.
• Manage all quality aspects of innovation projects, from deliverables to final product release.
• Collaborate with the post‑market surveillance team to monitor products throughout their lifecycle.
• Analyze return rates and drive quality improvements based on failure analysis and technical assessments.
• Lead problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis for quality issues.
• Work with procurement, I&D and SQ to set and achieve quality targets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in development, process engineering or quality roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical) or related fields; MSc preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset and strong teamwork abilities.
