Recruiter – Full-cycle Talent Acquisition (Italy)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our partner’s team in Italy. In this role you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting both technical and non‑technical hiring across global markets while working in an international, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates using various sourcing methods, recruitment platforms, networking and direct search techniques.
• Conduct candidate research and headhunting activities across multiple countries and talent markets.
• Maintain accurate hiring pipelines and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations and support effective hiring decisions.
• Ensure structured and consistent interview processes and provide recruitment guidance or training to interviewers when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably with IT hiring.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international setting.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Experience using recruitment tools and direct sourcing/headhunting techniques.
