Recruiting Specialist

About the role

Ferrero’s Recruitment Center in Alba is seeking a passionate Recruiting Specialist to drive talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives across Italy. Reporting to the Recruitment Center Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: gather business needs, post vacancies, screen CVs, conduct interviews, assess candidates and provide feedback.
• Maintain a transparent, structured and fully digitalised process compliant with GDPR.
• Partner with internal stakeholders in both Italian and English to guarantee an excellent candidate journey.
• Analyse recruitment KPIs, ensure data quality and support continuous process improvement.
• Contribute to employer branding by organising career days, job fairs and university events, and communicating Ferrero’s value proposition on key channels.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Communication or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR business partnering.
• Strong passion for recruitment, high accuracy and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously, solve daily challenges creatively and engage with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and dashboard creation.
