Regional Finance Head – Italy

About the role

The company, a global leader in electric outdoor power equipment, is seeking a Regional Finance Head for its Italian subsidiary and the Europe Warehouse Hub. Reporting to regional and global leadership, you will drive financial performance, support commercial expansion across Southern Europe, and ensure robust financial governance of logistics and distribution activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, cash‑flow, treasury, taxation and internal controls.
• Partner with the General Manager and operational teams to provide insight for strategic decision‑making.
• Oversee financial performance of the European distribution network and warehouse hub.
• Ensure financial governance across warehousing, inventory, transportation, customer service and supply‑chain operations.
• Prepare and present financial analysis to regional and global leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience as Head of Finance, Finance Manager or Senior Controller in an international environment.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, treasury, taxation and internal controls.
• Experience supporting logistics, warehousing, distribution or supply‑chain functions.
• Ability to partner with commercial and operational leadership teams.
• Deep knowledge of Italian accounting standards and international reporting practices.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
