About the role

Join the prestigious Luxury Collection at Hotel Cala di Volpe in Costa Smeralda as a Room Service Attendant. You will ensure guests enjoy a seamless, high‑standard in‑room dining experience while maintaining impeccable cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Complete closing duties: store reusable goods, break down items, clean equipment, lock refrigerators, restock supplies, turn off lights, lock doors, and follow the daily cleaning checklist.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas; inspect china, glass, and silver for cleanliness and presentation before use.
• Maintain clean‑as‑you‑go procedures and overall work‑area hygiene throughout the shift.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, answer telephone calls with proper etiquette, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Follow all company, safety, and security policies; report accidents or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Uphold uniform and personal appearance standards, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb unassisted.
• Capability to navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, stairs, and service ramps safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and verify information in various formats.
