Runner – Hospitality Service Support

About the role

RH Hospitality is looking for a dedicated Runner to support an elevated dining experience across its global restaurant portfolio. The role bridges the kitchen and the dining room, ensuring dishes are presented to guests with precision, care and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

• Create a warm, first‑class service environment that reflects RH’s hospitality standards.
• Lead the delivery and presentation of dishes, maintaining accuracy, timing and quality.
• Support the expediting process and keep the flow between kitchen and dining room.
• Maintain organized service stations, polishing area and expediting line.
• Anticipate guest needs, assist with clearing, resetting and maintaining tables throughout service.
• Uphold personal presentation, menu knowledge and attention to detail.
• Embrace the “Full Hands In, Full Hands Out” team philosophy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing or culinary support role.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of application and meet the minimum legal age for alcohol service.
• Commitment to high standards of personal appearance, uniform compliance and hygiene.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and variable shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (preferred) for communication with international teams.
