Sales Representative – Medical Aesthetics

About the role

The company is seeking a field‑based Sales Representative to drive growth, acquire new customers and increase product adoption across a defined territory in Milan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to maximise market penetration and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new customers among clinics, aesthetic practices, physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Manage and grow existing accounts by increasing product utilisation and expanding adoption.
• Maintain strong professional relationships through regular visits and account‑management activities.
• Deliver product presentations, workshops and educational activities to support customer engagement.
• Track opportunities, maintain an effective sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting using CRM systems.
• Support product launches, marketing initiatives and customer activation programmes.
• Attend exhibitions, congresses and industry events to generate leads and strengthen market presence.

Required profile

• Proven B2B field sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, injectables, dermal fillers, cosmetics, dermatology, medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong business development and customer acquisition skills.
• Ability to manage a geographical territory and build long‑term relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and manage pipelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting.
• Ability to deliver product presentations and conduct workshops or training sessions.
