Section Controller

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Section Controller and support the financial performance of a manufacturing section within our snacking business. You will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager and collaborate closely with plant management to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Execute finance planning, annual contract forecasting, target development and performance reporting for the assigned section.
• Collect, structure and validate financial data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal controls.
• Prepare and monitor the section’s budget and forecasts, track actual performance against KPIs, and analyse gaps between standard and actual costs.
• Support the Daily Management System (DMS) by providing timely KPI data and conducting ad‑hoc analyses.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving efficiency, digitalisation and continuous improvement of finance processes.

Required profile

• Strong desire to develop a finance career in a global consumer packaged goods environment.
• Understanding of financial analysis, cost budgeting and performance tracking.
• Business acumen in the CPG or snacking market, preferably with regional or sizable local experience.
• Collaborative mindset with good communication skills and a can‑do attitude.
• Integrity and sound judgement aligned with company values and regulations.
