Senior Account Manager

About the role

Senior Account Manager responsible for growing CooperSurgical consumables, genomics, equipment and technical service sales in the local infertility market. The role combines product knowledge, market insight and proactive sales skills to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, meeting revenue targets for assigned accounts.
• Generate leads for consumables, equipment, technical service and genomics and collaborate with internal stakeholders to close deals.
• Prepare commercial proposals, manage annual contracts and standing orders.
• Monitor public tenders and coordinate internal teams to ensure CooperSurgical product inclusion.
• Provide regular sales analysis, reporting and market feedback using CRM, PowerBI and other tools.
• Organise local promotional, training and marketing activities in partnership with Clinical Application Scientists and regional sales teams.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales within pharmaceutical, medical devices or fertility/gynaecology markets.
• Result‑oriented with a focus on growth above market pace.
• Strong communicator, relationship builder and empathetic team player.
• Ability to analyse complex issues, work under pressure and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• PowerBI and CRM systems for reporting and analytics.
