Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Spring Studios is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who lives and breathes exceptional design. You will work closely with the Creative Director and senior creative team to shape the visual language of luxury, beauty, and fashion brands across a global agency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead graphic design from concept to final delivery for branding, digital, print, packaging, web, and campaign projects.
• Develop and maintain visual identity systems, brand guidelines, and scalable design systems.
• Elevate creative output for both luxury and mass‑market brands through refined typography, layout, and composition.
• Own design direction across multiple projects, making independent creative decisions while balancing strategic objectives.
• Create compelling presentations, pitch decks, and communication materials.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, Motion Designers, Account Managers, and Production teams.

• Proactive in identifying opportunities and challenging ideas.
• Strong strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent visual judgment and a contemporary design perspective.
