Senior HR Site Manager – Milan & Bologna

About the role

The Senior HR Site Manager for Milan and Bologna will act as a strategic partner to local leadership, ensuring end‑to‑end HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will drive organizational effectiveness, support business decisions and lead transformation initiatives while aligning with Alfasigma’s culture and growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders on organizational design, workforce planning and talent decisions, translating business priorities into HR actions.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, development, performance management and off‑boarding – guaranteeing consistent, compliant processes across both locations.
• Manage labor relations in accordance with Italian labour law, providing guidance on statutory matters such as 13th/14th salary, holidays and leaves.
• Lead change‑management and employee‑engagement programmes, including culture initiatives, surveys, EVP communication and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure cost‑control, compliance and effective decision‑making.
• Design and deliver talent‑development programmes, succession planning and the Italian Graduate and Internship programmes.
• Coach leaders to reinforce Alfasigma values, high‑performance teams and accountability.
• Apply Lean Thinking and process‑excellence methodologies to continuously improve HR service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR experience in a multi‑site environment, preferably within Italy.
• Deep knowledge of Italian labour legislation and collective bargaining practices.
• Strong track record in change management, employee engagement and HR governance.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Fluent in English and Italian, with strong communication abilities.
