Senior Project Manager – E‑Mobility

About the role

System Electronics is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and expand its presence in the e‑mobility market. You will be responsible for driving complex, high‑visibility projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet strict quality, timeline, and reliability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop the Project Management function according to the transformation roadmap.
• Plan and execute projects, guaranteeing compliance with schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Own strategic e‑mobility initiatives, managing all phases hands‑on.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for critical projects, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering and Production throughout development and execution.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Project Management operating model, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Project Management teams in complex, technical environments.
• Strong ability to drive end‑to‑end project governance (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, stakeholders).
• Hands‑on experience managing strategic, customer‑critical projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior‑level communication skills.
• Effective cross‑functional leadership with Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with experience standardising processes.
