Senior Project Manager – NIS Experience (EMEA)

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between the sponsor and the organization, overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of complex Oncology and Non‑Interventional Studies across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact between sponsor and internal teams, managing escalation pathways and communication rules.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver multi‑service, multi‑region studies on time, within scope and budget.
• Maintain financial stewardship, including contract understanding, budget alignment, out‑of‑scope activity management, and negotiation support.
• Define and communicate customer expectations, drive risk identification, issue resolution, and ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH‑GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor project team members and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant academic or vocational qualification.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably within Oncology and Non‑Interventional Studies.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research regulations, ICH‑GCP, and project‑specific compliance.
• Proven ability to prioritize workload, delegate tasks, and adapt to changing environments.
