Senior Project Manager – Non‑Interventional Studies

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Late Phase Non‑Interventional Studies across the EMEA region. The role can be performed fully remote, from an office, or in a hybrid setting, providing flexibility while supporting global clinical research initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall project delivery (quality, timeline, budget) for non‑interventional clinical trials.
• Communicate sponsor expectations to internal teams and ensure adherence to escalation pathways.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinating multi‑service, multi‑region activities.
• Serve as primary liaison between sponsor and Thermo Fisher on project matters.
• Define responsibilities and communication channels for secondary project leads when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in global clinical trial management.
• Specialised experience in non‑interventional trial management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑country projects.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder‑management skills.
