Senior Project Manager – Remote (Europe)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for BairesDev’s global clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering technology solutions, managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, and ensuring project profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and report project results while coaching, counseling and, when necessary, disciplining team members.
• Maintain a reliable, communicative work environment to retain staff and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, plan capacity and forecast profitability to meet financial targets.
• Forecast financial results, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
• Identify upselling opportunities with existing clients and deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organisational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in the IT industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced level of English.
• Based in Europe.
