Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects. Working fully remote, you will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high‑impact products and transformations for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and control project outcomes, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure consistent project quality.
• Foster a collaborative environment to retain talent and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze utilization, capacity and profitability, and forecast financial results.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Strong background in the IT industry with solid knowledge of project management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
