Senior Vice President Learning & Development

About the role

KONE is seeking a Senior Vice President of Learning & Development to lead the transformation of learning across the organization. This strategic, enterprise‑level position will shape a future‑ready workforce, embed learning into daily work, and drive measurable business impact through skills development.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a vision for AI‑powered, skills‑based learning that scales globally.
• Embed learning into the flow of work for field, sales, and leadership roles.
• Build a data‑driven learning ecosystem with analytics and skills intelligence.
• Ensure high‑quality, scalable training for the global field workforce on safety, methods, products, and technical capabilities.
• Lead a global L&D organization of ~100 professionals, evolving operating models and governance.
• Partner with the People & Culture leadership team and business leaders to align capabilities with strategy.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in Learning & Development, Talent, or a related function.
• Proven track record of large‑scale transformation in a global organization.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and executive influencing skills.
• Passion for learning, collaboration, and forward‑looking mindset.
