Service Project Manager (F/M/D)

About the role

HITACHI ENERGY ITALY S.P.A. is looking for a Service Project Manager for its Service Business Unit in Lodi, Italy. The role supports the execution of service projects and site activities, working with cross-functional teams, customers and subcontractors to coordinate project work, site documentation and HSE requirements. It suits people with early experience in project management, site coordination or HSE who want to develop their project management skills in an international setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of service projects in line with contractual requirements, quality standards, budget and schedule
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and project plans, and coordinate activities with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers
• Support financial follow-up, invoicing and cost monitoring
• Contribute to risk identification and mitigation, and prepare site documentation before mobilization and during execution
• Manage HSE requirements, safety documentation for employees and subcontractors, and promote a strong safety culture
• Participate in site meetings and support the implementation of health, safety and environmental initiatives
• Support project close-out, lessons learned and final customer acceptance

Required profile

• Engineering degree, HSE qualification or equivalent technical education
• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, site management, service operations or HSE activities
• Experience preparing site documentation, permits, safety documentation or coordinating field activities is a strong advantage
• Fluency in Italian and English

Required skills

• Knowledge of HSE regulations and practices in industrial, service or construction environments
• Understanding of project management principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, good problem-solving and a proactive approach
