About the role
ABB is looking for a Service Quality Specialist to support the deployment of its quality strategy within a local organizational unit. You will help build a strong quality culture, implement robust tools and processes, and ensure that customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
Key responsibilities
- Support communication and documentation related to quality management in the assigned area.
- Identify and address quality‑related risks and opportunities using data analytics.
- Analyze customer cases, conduct root‑cause investigations and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Drive digitalisation of quality processes, including traceability systems and integration of digital tools.
- Collaborate with local functions to achieve world‑class performance targets.
Required profile
- Experience in the LV/MV electromechanical market.
- Solution‑focused, collaborative mindset with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
