Shop Attendant – Luxury Hotel Boutique

About the role

Join the boutique team at Hotel Cala di Volpe, a Luxury Collection property in Costa Smeralda. As a Shop Attendant you will provide attentive service to guests, maintain the boutique’s appearance, and handle sales transactions in a stunning, high‑end environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the boutique, answer product queries and assist with locating items.
• Display merchandise attractively, restock shelves, check expiration dates and discard expired goods.
• Process purchases, returns, refunds and exchanges using all payment methods; manage cash drawer and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Follow opening and closing checklists, secure the boutique and monitor for loss prevention.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to management and adhere to all company policies.
• Provide courteous, professional service to all guests, including those with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer‑facing role is preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills.
