Solution Deployment Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

The Solution Deployment Manager will lead the onboarding of enterprise customers onto Docebo’s AI‑powered learning platform. This position sits within the Professional Services team and works closely with Help Desk Specialists and Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth, high‑impact implementation experience for French‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently for customers across different countries.
• Collaborate with clients to define and document success criteria that will be tracked throughout the onboarding phase.
• Develop and monitor comprehensive implementation schedules, including functional, customization, and integration tasks.
• Document project activities to maintain alignment across Customer Success departments.
• Facilitate the creation of functional and technical specifications to meet client requirements.
• Identify, quantify, and communicate risks to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure projects stay within utilization and budget targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) and English.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in implementation, project management, or technical consulting, preferably within HR, e‑learning, or Learning Management System environments.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
